One of the sweetest questions I’ve ever been asked wasn’t “Can you get us a better deal?”

It wasn’t “What’s our house worth now?”

It was: “How long are we allowed to call you after we close?”

My answer is always the same: forever.

People assume their agent disappears once the keys are handed over. Not how I work.

A few months after closing, call me because the water heater gave out.

A few years later, text me for a contractor who actually shows up.

Down the road, ask me whether that remodel is worth it, or whether it’s time to think about your next chapter.

And it doesn’t have to be about real estate at all. Need a pediatrician, a landscaper, or the best spot to take the kids this weekend? Chances are, I know someone.
